Engineering Leaders Community (ELC) is the largest community of senior engineering leaders in Central Europe: 3,200+ CTOs, VPs of Engineering, engineering managers and tech leads, meeting across Prague, Brno, Bratislava and Kraków since 2019. Companies partner with ELC to hire senior engineers, develop the leaders they already have, or put a product in front of the people who approve budgets.
Eight packages, each priced from published line items. Team is priced per seat with volume bands, the rest are yearly. Prices in EUR, VAT excluded, from the ELC offer catalog, current as of August 2026.

Team volume bands: €900 a seat from 3 seats, €820 from 6, €740 from 11, €650 from 26. Other starter rungs: Leadership Pilot at €2,500 a quarter and Pilot Meetup at €3,500 with a 100% credit against any package signed within 90 days. Category exclusivity adds €12,000 on top of Product, €32,000 all in.

By company members, not member fees. Individual membership stays free for engineering leaders, which is why the room stays senior and shows up. Your company membership pays for the meetups, the mentoring and the Academy, and members know who makes it possible.

One.
