ELC builds Silicon Valley Leaders in the Heart of Europe. We run 12 curated meetups a year across Prague, Brno, Bratislava, and Krakow, an annual conference heading for 600+ engineering leaders in 2027, peer-cohort circles, and 3,400+ mentoring sessions to date.
