Our strategy is not to hide a significant portion of the most vital insights behind a paywall or to start charging for entry tickets. We believe that high-quality content should be free.
Organizing each meetup costs roughly €3.000 (preparation, venue, catering, people, community management, photos, videos, post-production).

MEETUP CONTENT AND SPEAKER RULES
Principles
- Mission: The talk is aligned with our scope and mission.
- Proficiency: Speakers are well-prepared, including the slides and dry-run, ensuring we fit into the time.
Guide
- We expose the motivation: Why + What the listener will gain from attending that meetup.
- We guide the audience through the main exciting story, containing small sub-stories.
- We end the story by highlighting one or two main thoughts, albeit controversial. Keep the focus on Lessons Learned.
